2. Description of Service

StoryCraft is an AI-powered platform that generates personalised Christian storybooks for children. The service includes story generation, illustration creation, interactive activities, and related features available through free and premium subscription plans.

3. User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
  • You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to use the service
  • One account per person; sharing accounts is not permitted

4. Subscriptions & Payments

StoryCraft offers a free tier with limited story generations per month and a premium subscription with unlimited access. Premium subscriptions are billed monthly. Payments are processed securely through M-Pesa.

  • Subscriptions provide 30 days of premium access from the date of payment
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice

5. Content & Intellectual Property

Stories generated through StoryCraft are created for your personal, non-commercial use. You may share stories with family and friends. The StoryCraft platform, branding, and underlying technology remain the property of the StoryCraft team.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to circumvent usage limits or security measures
  • Resell or redistribute generated content commercially
  • Use automated tools to excessively access the service

7. Disclaimer

StoryCraft uses AI to generate stories. While we strive to ensure content is appropriate, faith-aligned, and age-suitable, AI-generated content may occasionally contain inaccuracies. Parents and guardians are encouraged to review stories with their children.

8. Limitation of Liability

StoryCraft is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of StoryCraft after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email.
